After two and a half successful years as Managing Director of Exhibit & More AG, Eugen Da Pra has decided to leave the company at the end of June 2019.
The trade fair duo PRODEX/SWISSTECH ended on Friday, 17 May after four successful days in Basel. This year, the meeting point of the Swiss MEM industry again presented new features, innovations and trends. Almost 500 national and international exhibitors provided information to trade visitors from purchasing, procurement, manufacturing and production on a 56,000 m2 site. The organisers and exhibitors are delighted with the level of visitor interest.

IFAS, the trade fair for the healthcare market, remains a very popular meeting place for the industry. From 23 to 26 October 2018, around 16,000 visitors came to the 35th IFAS event in Zurich to find out about the latest trends and developments. The trade fair thus built on the success it enjoyed in 2016. The “IFAS Innovation Challenge” startup competition, which was held this year for the first time, met with great interest and was won by the startup Scewo with the world’s first wheelchair that can climb stairs.
Forum programme based on the motto “going into the future safely and securely”
Exhibitors will be showcasing their latest products and services at IFAS, the trade fair for the healthcare market. The Forum will also play host to presentations and panel discussions on current issues in healthcare. This year, the programme will be running under the motto “going into the future safely and securely”. The IFAS Innovation Challenge, which will be held for the first time, has received 51 submissions. We can look forward to discovering which outstanding idea will take first prize on 25 October.

IFAS 2018, the trade fair for the healthcare market, is presenting itself as extremely versatile. Exhibitors will showcase new products and trends in the Messe Zürich from 23 to 26 October 2018. There will be a brand new competition for start-ups honouring the best innovation, along with a special exhibition and expert presentations approaching topical issues in the industry. IFAS will once again be playing host to CareFair, the Swiss job fair for healthcare professions. It will introduce the CareBase online portal – a novelty in the industry. The portal aims to simplify the staff recruitment process.

IFAS 2018, the trade fair for the healthcare market, will be presenting the latest products, innovative services and trends at Messe Zürich from 23 to 26 October 2018. Preparations are successfully under way, with more than 100 exhibitors already registered. This year is set to see an innovation platform being introduced for the first time. The event will also be playing host to CareFair, the Swiss careers fair for healthcare professions, for the second time following its debut in 2016.
After four exciting days of SICHERHEIT 2017, the trade fair closed its doors last Friday. While smaller in size than in previous years, the quality of this exceptional and important central platform for the Swiss safety and security industry shone through once again.
From 1894 to far into the future: SICHERHEIT 2017 will have plenty of stories to tell in Zurich from 14 to 17 November 2017.
